By accessing or using the DFW Desi Docs platform ("Platform"), operated by Aerolib.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

The Platform is designed for licensed physicians and medical professionals. By creating an account, you represent that you are a licensed medical professional and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete. Membership is subject to verification and approval by the Platform administrators.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms
• Share confidential patient information through the messaging system
• Impersonate another physician or misrepresent your credentials
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use the Platform for commercial solicitation without prior approval
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other members of the network

By creating a profile, you consent to having your professional information (name, specialty, practice details) visible to other verified members of the network. You may control the visibility of certain profile fields through your privacy settings. Contact information visibility is governed by administrator-configured settings.

The Platform provides a secure messaging feature for professional communication between members. Messages are stored securely and are accessible only to the participants of the conversation. You agree not to share protected health information (PHI) or any patient-identifiable data through the messaging system. The Platform is not a HIPAA-compliant communication tool for patient data.

The Platform includes AI-powered features (such as bio generation and message drafting) provided through third-party AI services. These features are offered as-is for convenience. Content generated by AI should be reviewed for accuracy before use. The Platform and its operators are not responsible for AI-generated content.

The Platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Aerolib.ai and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you post but grant DFW Desi Docs a non-exclusive license to display it within the Platform. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The Platform does not provide medical advice, and nothing on the Platform should be construed as medical guidance. Professional connections made through the Platform are between the physicians involved and the Platform bears no responsibility for the outcomes of such connections.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aerolib.ai and DFW Desi Docs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claims related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Platform in the preceding 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. You may also request account deletion at any time by contacting the Platform administrators.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of significant changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
